With Each Passing Day, the Iowa Caucus Results Get Shadier and Shadier

https://www.yahoo.com/?fr=fptb-tyc

If you're keeping score at home, the Iowa caucus process passed ridiculous on Tuesday and it has kept going into whatever is to be found far beyond it. In Grinnell Ward 1, the precinct where elite liberal arts college Grinnell College is located, 19 delegates were awarded to Bernie Sanders and seven were awarded to Hillary Clinton on caucus night. However, the Iowa Democratic party decided to shift one delegate from Sanders to Clinton on the night and did not notify precinct chair J Pablo Silva that they had done so. Silva only discovered that this happened the next day, when checking the precinct results in other parts of the county. In the old days, when Democrats knew how to do politics right, ...

Report: Errors found in Democrats' Iowa caucus results; delegate count under review

here is the most chilling line:

state's Democratic chairwoman, Andy McGuire, said earlier this week that an audit would not be performed and that Clinton's win was assured.

Seriously. The point has been made. Bernie soared and HRC sunk. It doesn't matter what the final tally was. They were both strong, unlike the clown car.

Bernie is on the move, and Hillary is sliding and hoping for the minority vote to save her ship.

Iowa is insignificant. Sorry folks; it's not typical America.

I have watched the past election mishaps and dwelling on the past never works.

You start a big mess over a small number, it hurts the party. Nobody looks forward, everybody looks back and it gives the GOP ammunition.

If it mattered, sure....but a few delegates either way doesn't.

Positives vs. Negatives.

It's an inefficient, ill equipped, backwards, Iowa caucus.

You'd essentially have to redo the entire thing and it would still be a mess. This is what happens when we don't change something for 40 years.

Revisiting Iowa will not help anybody.

Focus on the future.

there are thousands of conspiracies every single day. Every time a meeting is held in a Corporate Boardroom is a conspiracy. Every time politicians meet with lobbyists is a conspiracy.
Sometimes, paranoia is a rational response to a repressive system,
especially after the Snowden revelations.

"The state Democratic Party chair who refuses to release raw vote totals from Monday’s razor-thin Iowa caucuses is a longtime Hillary Clinton supporter who even drives a car that officially displays her support for the presidential candidate.

Dr. Andrea “Andy” McGuire served as co-chairwoman of Clinton’s 2008 campaign in Iowa, and the Des Moines Register reported the license plate on her Buick Enclave reads: “HRC 2016.” "
