The Thom Hartmann podcast is the best way to follow Bernie

and his road to the White House.

I have subscribed to it for about five years, and not only am I now aware of the TPP, voter suppression, the Koch brothers, ALEC, the truth about taxes and Republican lies, climate change, how the mainstream media has ignored and vilified Bernie and popular wishes (e.g., raising taxes on the rich, reducing the military budget, expanding the social safety net).

I am panicky once a year until I remember that I have to renew my podcast subscription.

I don't agree with Thom about everything, but I learned so much from his show on politics, economics, Bernie, how to improve the country, etc.

Does anyone else subscribe? And, if so, what are your thoughts?

you can download "Brunch with Bernie" with Thom's podcast. I think it's $5 a month but it's the only podcast I subscribe to.

You can download free Thom Hartmann podcasts (although older) from The White Rose Society.

To get podcasts, iTunes is very useful. I would find a teenager to help you set it up, or maybe look for a YouTube video on it.

My wife listens to them on her kindle but I download them to a digital recorder that I hang around my neck (using wire I glued to it).

I am 66, don't Twitter, but I love podcasts!

Download Thom Hartmann and you will be even more liberal/progressive/socialist than you are now!

He's great. I don't agree with him about Clinton, but the guy is brilliant. Thanks to him, MILLIONS of people learned who Bernie is and what he's all about! Thom's show spurred Bernie to run. He had so many callers on Brunch with Bernie who kept asking him to run, that he actually started to think about it...and herd we are!

PEACE
LOVE

Because I swear, every time I try to catch him on XM radio he's either in commercial, or 20 seconds from going to commercial.

They have his radio show 12-3 during the day and then at night they air his Big Picture.

Best news show is Democracy Now with Amy Goodman. It airs at 8 am and is repeated throughout the day.
