Bernie isn't going to propose repealing the ACA and leaving nothing in its place.
And it goes without saying that he will veto any ACA repeal bills that manage to pass, just as Obama did.
If any measures improving the ACA were to pass Congress, Bernie would obviously sign them.
All that would happen is that the Sanders Movement will work to replace it with something better...something like what Barack Obama supported in the first place. We would probably call it "True Obamacare" or something like that.
So there is no threat to anybody's healthcare set-up from anything Bernie or his supporters will do.
