When will Bernie go last at a town hall forum?

There have been at least two of these now and I believe Hillary has gone last each time (a putative advantage). Why didn't Bernie go last tonight? Will he ever. Why does every institutional advantage go to Hillary as if that is divinely ordained, rather than being discussed as further evidence of Establishment media bias for Hillary?

...she needs to know how to shift her positions to be more progressive than him. If she goes first, how could she do that?

All snarking aside, he doesn't need to go last. It's revealing to me that in his answers he was sure to express that he does respect the accomplishments of HRC and when she has the opportunity to talk about him it's all about how he's just pushing policies that can't happen. Just once, she should compliment him...and I don't mean by taking his position on things.
