Bob Woodward was on Morning Joe today talking about Hillary Clinton, and in the course of the conversation he said, "I think a lot of it with Hillary Clinton has to do with style and delivery, oddly enough. She shouts. There is something unrelaxed about the way she is communicating."

They do not really think she shouts. They are using a straw man argument to draw attention away from Hillary Clinton's message and to tarnish her. It isn't about really hating her speech delivery it or disliking Bernie Sander's speaking style it is a form of belittling her and stopping the listener from believing in her message.

People just don't like how Clinton sounds so rehearsed. Shouting works for some people not others.

A good example of shouting actually working is Jennifer Granholm's DNC speech in 2012. (Skip to 4:17)
