Ted Kennedy

I think of him often. I thought about him during the health care battle. I know he would have been so proud of the President for not giving up on health care reform. He would be so proud that he pushed for him to be elected. Now as the President focuses on the debate, I wonder what advice he would give President Obama about debating his old opponent? Still missing Teddy Kennedy.......

One was used early in Obama's campaign, I think. I read that John Kerry is helping Obama prepare for his debate with Romney. I think the worst thing that could happen will be moderators trying to spin this against the President. I did not like the way they handled the debates in 2008. Mittens will try to come off as the guy who knows what everyone in his version of America wants. Obama seems to know instinctively what people want generally and will explain what he can and cannot deliver, as he did in 2008. Romney has not spoken out sacrifices being made. Because he does not understand that is being responsible. There is no easy road to prosperity for the entire country, but there is for the few. That's call that Romney has ever worked for his entire life. Obama said this, and I believe it applies to Mitt:

Focusing your life solely on making a buck shows a certain poverty of ambition. It asks too little of yourself. Because it's only when you hitch your wagon to something larger than yourself that you realize your true potential.
~ Barack Obama

Romney, Ryan and Ayn Rand upon whom the Republicans base their style of governance on, have proven themselves to be small-minded, petty people who love money above everything else.
