and then you become the injured party when you go to court for a decision. Legal maneuver totally unrelated to
truth or justice.

But, it appears she thought she won and gave a rousing speech with no hint of recognition of the ambiguity of the actual results. Some have speculated that they may have been going by internal numbers that turned out to be wrong.

Sadly, she's stuck with that "declaration of victory" narrative that will be hammered on 24 hr news. I think it's possible that NH and maybe even Super Tuesday are going to be polluted by the appearance of arrogance and an onslaught of ridicule. I am not a supporter, but I really feel for her. That is unspinnable and must be terribly embarrassing.
