But something is not right with this. Another thing they in another place flipped coins and 3 delegates went to Clinton...WHAT!

to CNN and was very upset! The other guy on CNN said those areas might have been good for Bernie.

It's precinct level delegate system can get pretty unrepresentative of the actual vote.

Because of the way much of Bernie's support was concentrated around college campuses, who turned out huge for him, I think there may have been a lot more "stranded votes" (extra votes beyond those needed for a delegate, so they were "wasted&quot than in the rural areas largely favoring Clinton.

If we had a raw vote total, I think it would show that BERNIE ACTUALLY WON here.
