Bernie speaks the truth, and nothing but the truth! I saw a young girl today who

had extreme Cerebral Palsy, and her sentences were short, because of breath problems due to muscular limitations. Very common disability with short sentences, short communications.

Bernie speaks in short sentences, not because of CP but because he doesn't have time to waste on not focusing on the real problems. He doesn't have time to diverge from focusing on the critical themes.
