Turn on MSNBC any time (except for when they are showing their prison shows) and if they don't mention Donald Trump within two minutes you take a drink. If they go five minutes without showing a picture or video of him, take two drinks. If they go 30 minutes without showing him giving a speech, take three drinks. If they go one hour without doing a 20 minute phone interview with him, take four drinks. You will be sober all day.
