BREAKING: Clinton wins IMAWII African-American Iowa straw poll by a landslide

Today the Des Moines Chapter of The Links, Inc. facilitated a Presidential Straw Poll at I'll Make Me A World in Iowa; Iowa's largest African American Festival. The celebration touches the lives of thousands of Iowan of African American backgrounds and serves as a prime location for reaching a large sample of the African American citizens of Iowa.

501 individuals were polled. Participants were asked two questions.
1. Party Affiliation
2. If the election was held today which candidate would receive your vote?

Hillary Clinton (D) 57.68% 289 Votes
Bernie Sanders (D) 26.95% 135 Votes
Ben Carson (R) 4.19% 21 Votes
Martin O'Malley (D) 2.59% 13 Votes
Marco Rubio (R) 1.40% 7 Votes
Donald Trump (R) 0.80% 4 Votes
Other 5.59% 28
