unemployment rate is 19% if you add in people who have given up looking and people who are underemployed. Underemployed? People have been underemployed in growing numbers for the last 30 years as good mid-level jobs got replaced by computers and by outsourcing. It is not a new trend. Are they counting people who were underemployed before 2009?

that a few baby boomers have dropped out of the work force (have given up looking) due to having retired. Actually, it has been more than a few if you compare it to the generations before.

the trends that are part of trickle down economics for much, much longer than Obama has been in power.
