Also, of course you know this, no tallies, results of anykind from any precinct or State can be released until after the close of polls election day nationally.
The States in which it is easiest to vote are all Blue states. The entire West Coast, for example. The States which make it harder to vote are all Red States.

That's why mail-in ballots take longer to count after the election.
