Caught on Tape: Ryan calls Social Security a 'Socialist-based System'

"Social Security right now is a collectivist system, it's a welfare transfer system."

-- Rep. Paul Ryan in a 2005 audio recording talking about privatizing the "socialist-based system" of social security -- or as he jokingly said he preferred, "personalizing" it.

This could have extended the "leaked tapes" message a few more days had this dropped Monday. It may get drowned out over weekend.

They need to get this on air.This will make It worse for romney.

Dems In WI needs to let voters know what Ryan really thinks of SS.Like ed said on his show could ryan make history and lose 2 races In same night.This could help that.

Florida is Leaning Obama, but still close. Wisconsin looks like it is getting pretty solid for Obama again.
