A little Street Fighter II humor there.
A gamer's joke.

Videogame joke.
Street Fighter II by Capcom (1991).

A character on the game named Guile, a U.S. Special Forces dude with a tall flattop.
When you won with him, he would say the line "Go home and be a family man!"

Like this see?

No ether involved. Just a lot of Sonic Booms & Flash Kicks!

It's bad enough for a Campaign Co-Chair to pack it in 6 weeks before the election, but to take a lobbying job right away on top of that?

Makes the outgoing head of the Romney campaign look incompetent AND corrupt in one announcement.

...into the iceberg.

Seriously. I wondered who was running this thing.

Tim Pawlenty. Really? He doesn't seem like the kind of guy who could run a campaign. Has he ever had any experience in doing so?

I couldn't believe it when people thought he was being considered for V.P.

As Nate Silver said at the time, Pawlenty has terrible approval ratings in his OWN STATE of Minnesota. He is disliked there and Nate said Obama's numbers would have even gone up in MN if Pawlenty had been chosen.

And I believe the Minnesota Supreme Court recently struck down one of his former budget cuts as unconstitutional or something.
