It's fun to play with all the views/filters (on the left), and the timeline (at the bottom of the page).
On my phone I have NOAA and WeatherBug. I did have Accuweather, but they updated their app and now I hate it.

(3,370 posts)I use Weather Underground's wundermap. I use NOAA or Ventusky as well.
I prefer apps. My favorite is Wx. I'm a storm chaser and I like the extra options for radar as well as everything else. Plus, it's free. I currently don't have any paid apps, but I would use RadarScope or Radar Omega if I did.

(9,500 posts)Radar Omega looks cool - apparently it's pretty popular with a some storm chasers. Probably not worth it though unless you know how to interpret doppler radar and CC drops.
I don't really care for the new NWS radar maps - I felt like the old version had better resolution when it came to reflectivity. Plus the lag in applying layers or switching radars with the new NWS map is kinda meh.

(3,370 posts)I can interpret the varieties of radar. A ton of chasers use RO, but RS is still popular. I found that Wx is very satisfactory so I have stayed with that. I'm a PA chaser, though. If I was hitting the plains during tornadoes season, I'd likely have allllll the apps. 🤣
