Weather service to investigate 2 tornadoes in eastern Pennsylvania, 2 in N.J.

The National Weather Service is planning to send a survey team to two sites in New Jersey and two in eastern Pennsylvania to investigate the strength of four tornadoes that touched down as Tropical Storm Isaias tore through the region Tuesday.
