Ten degrees above normal all winter. 54 today. A lot of rain though.

3. not a new thing at all. do you recall the "march miracle" from decades ago?

bone dry Nov Dec Jan Feb then tons of rain every day in March which brought the season back to above normal from destitute

"Decades ago" is not a comforting statement now though. So much has permanently changed since then.
