Trump meets with vaccine skeptic Robert Kennedy Jr.

Donald Trump meets Tuesday with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and the president-elect and longtime environmental activist will discuss what many regard as a public health conspiracy theory: vaccines.

Like Trump, Kennedy has questioned whether vaccines cause autism, a claim consistently debunked by medical professionals across the board.

In March 2014 — before he became a presidential candidate — Trump said on Twitter: "Healthy young child goes to doctor, gets pumped with massive shot of many vaccines, doesn't feel good and changes - AUTISM. Many such cases!"

Kennedy, the son of former 1960s-era attorney general, U.S. senator and Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, has promoted a documentary film linking autism to the vaccine preservative thimerosal and criticizing public health officials who dispute that claim.

Just one more way Trump is a danger to the world in general. Shame to see a Kennedy collaborating with him.

Trump team denies skeptic Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was asked to head vaccine commission

On a related note. Am disappointed to find out that Cheryl Hines (of Curb Your Enthusiasm) married RFK jr a couple years ago.

NO ONE gets the right ever again to say that it's OK for liberals to ally themselves with Judicial Watch, the American Association for Physicians and Surgeons, Melanie Phillips, Ron Paul, etc. etc. in the cause of 'vaccine freedom'. Or if you do, don't pretend that you are a progressive and NOT an enabler of the far right (as well as an enabler of other nasty diseases).

THIS is the sort of medical and political horror that it leads to!!!

Sorry for all the capital letters and exclamation marks, but there are some situations that justify them!
