There are about 1,385,984,600,000,000,000,000 liters of water on Earth, overall. Let's round up to 1.4*10^21 liters.

Now, let's assume I swim in the ocean, and because I'm too lazy to get out and go to the toilette, I take a piss of about 0.1 liters right there. Right in your precious ocean.

With this one leak, I have now personally turned all of planet Earth's water-ressources (oceans, rivers, lakes, glaciers, icebergs and clouds) into a homeopathic 22X dilution of my urine. (Commercial homeopathic dilutions range from 6X to 30X.)
