there's a large tan stain on the rocks from all the people touching it.

at that weight, and how is this established?

4. He's heavy enough his heart is having problems circulating blood

and his kidneys and liver are stressed and his endocrine system is having trouble pushing out enough insulin to keep all those cells alive.

There's healthy overweight and unhealthy overweight and he looks pretty unhealthy to my educated eyes. I'd say he's in the higher 300s, possibly nudging 400.
