This Gentle Rebuttal to a Christian Apologist Is Surprisingly Powerful
July 23, 2017 by Hemant Mehta

After seeing a young Christian apologist on YouTube saying that atheists are foolish for always wanting natural explanations for everything, Rachel Oates offered this polite (but very well-informed) rebuttal.

She’s nice. Very nice. She even gives him credit for being so passionate about this topic. And she offered none of the snarky thoughts that were running through my mind when I watched the original video… That’s not a bad thing at all, though. Her response has a good chance of being heard by a religious person who might be turned off by a more aggressive, sarcastic reaction. So more power to her. And I hope the guy who made that first video sees this one.

By the way, Rachel has a number of videos about atheism worth checking out.

...point out that the young man's video provides excellent support for the existence of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
