Hunted: The War Against Gays In Russia (HBO)
Documentary that premiered this week on HBO.
A must-see, but depressing/infuriating.
On-topic: we get to hear a lot of verbal flatulence from an Orthodox priest who pretty much says all gays are pedophiles. And lots of loudmouths who agree with him. Apparently including the Russian government, which passed a truly despicable, church-approved "gay propaganda" bill.
We also hear from a lesbian terrified that the govt. will take her kids away. She says "they'll have to shoot me." Looks like that could happen in the current climate.
Straights who defend gay people are targeted with the same level of viciousness.
