"The Rock" forgets to thank teh god.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson says he is grateful for his family, after instagramming a photo of a car crash that nearly took the lives of his mother and cousin.

"First reaction is to find the person who did this and do unrelenting harm to them," the actor and former pro wrestler wrote on his Instagram account. "But then you realize the most important thing is my family lived thru this and we can hug each other that much tighter these days."

But Johnson told his fans to "hug your own family tighter today and be grateful you can tell them you love them."

Ruh-roh. And good on him, and best wishes for a speedy recovery for his family.

No. The usual litany is to thank god for intervening. Warren Stupidity Aug 2014 #2

kinda imply god?

Also, I am pretty certain that the Rock is one of the more religious wrestlers in the business. The only atheists wrestlers I know of are Jim Cornette (more of a valet), MVP, CM Punk, and Shane "the Hurricane" Helms.

That said, glad the Rock and his family are okay. Best wishes for his mother and cousin's recovery.

Being grateful that your family did not die in a car accident is quite different from thanking an invisible sky-daddy for intervening. The latter is really sort of horrendous in it's implications. The former is not.
