as a moderator, you have access to entire posting histories of an individual to judge them by. As a juror, you only judge one post and cannot easily review posting history. Unless someone is really blatant, chances are you won't remember their user name and posting trends.

We don't worship anybody and appeals to authority have little merit to us. No doubt there will be the usual stories of deathbed conversions after he's gone, and they still won't understand why we don't care, even in the very unlikely case that they were true.

is not a very nice person. It looks like juror #6 also has an issue with projection as does the person in question. I wonder if juror #6 does not know how to spell or misspells Dawkins' name like some other political group in the US says "Democrat Party" instead of Democratic Party. Just asking.

I am amazed that the person in question is still allowed to post on DU considering his posts "of late are" full of vitriol, or should that be "have always been..."
