Ceres, "a pyramid-shaped peak towering over a relatively flat landscape"

The closer we get to Ceres, the more intriguing the distant dwarf planet becomes. New images of Ceres from NASA’s Dawn spacecraft provide more clues about its mysterious bright spots, and also reveal a pyramid-shaped peak towering over a relatively flat landscape.

Ok..NOW what do you think about those bright spots?

I just knew those stupid Egyptians were too primitive to build those mountains of stone. It's the Ceresians that inspired them.

(Reminds me of the joke about the surly airline passenger who had given the flight attendant hell from the time he got onto the plane until the last hour of the flight, when he mercifully fell asleep in his seat. When he awoke to find the landing lights on, he groused at the flight attendant, "Who turned on the f--king lights?!?"
The stewardess smiled at him sweetly, and replied, "Oh these aren't the f--king lights, sir, these are the landing lights. The f--king lights were on an hour ago, and you slept right through them!" )

And that they kill all of us. Some more slowly than others.

Seriously, it's some kind of natural formations.
