The Russian space agency plans to send unmanned probes to Mars, Venus and Jupiter and put cosmonauts on the Moon by 2030:

You'll note, from the closing comments on "Little Green Men," that Russian media people are just as dumb as US talking heads!

Space Adventures has probably been talking to them about lunar landings.

It's kind of ironic that Russia is leading the way on commercial space flight.
