Four large fireballs reported across United States

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Witnesses across the Eastern portion of the United States have reported several strange sights in the skies over the last 24 hours.

The American Meteor Society is reporting that four large fireballs were spotted across the United States on Sept. 23.

The first fireball was reported in Florida and Georgia.

...

According to the AMS website, “It is rare that multiple significant fireball events occur and are reported to the AMS in the same evening. After analysis of the time, proximity of witnesses and pointing data gathered, it was determined that each event was unique. It is likely that several of these fireball events were captured on camera by the NASA fireball network.”

missile without bothering to tell anyone until after the fact this week. The target was Quadulant in the Pacific. Do you have any similar military installations on the East Coast that the military might be testing their missiles out from without informing the public?

I wonder exactly what kind of war our government is expecting to engage in?

And I grew up in the days when we were told to pull our jackets over our heads and get under our desks if we saw a bright flash.

I've never seen a fireball in the sky, and I'm pretty sure that if I ever do see a fireball in the sky, I'll be freaked out.

If they're referring to meteors, they should just call them meteors.

I have seen 4 and recorded one more on a security cam. The first one was when I was in High School. They're really different than normal meteors... fire, smoke, I saw one in New Mexico during the daytime.

edit: let me see if I can upload this security video...

Old Testament, real wrath of God type stuff. Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes... The dead rising from the grave! Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!
