Maker of the world, give us strength to get throught this year and all its changes and chances. Give us strength to carry the banner of the Democratic Party and the issues we care about. Help us to overcome our differences and work on what we argree with. Help us to advocate for those whoare in need and be with them in flesh and spirit in their trials. Give us the strength to fight for Your children. In Your Holy Name we pray.Amen.

By the model of the Holy Trinity and the one you gave us in Jesus, Mary and Joseph we are to be a family. We your creations tend to fight in our families. This is not bad when the members love one another. So heavenly parent pour out on us the grace to love one another despite our differences that we may grow to help the poor move out of poverty, freedom to those imprisoned especially in their minds, really Lord to live the beatitudes that Jesus taught us.
