I am the new host of this room and I would like to see this room become more active than it has been.
This is an inclusive room! We welcome believers and non-believers in this room to offer prayers and good wishes. This room is for offering prayers for people and certain issues. Posts about different kinds of prayers and how people pray are welcome here.
If you wish to be prayed for just start a new thread or reply to an existing thread. You can also pm me or another member and we can start a thread for you. We don't have to use your username if you want. We can also pray for you privately without being mentioned here.
We can also use this room for good wishes and good vibes for people who don't wish to be prayed for. You may start a thread of good wishes for yourself or someone else.
If you wish to pray for certain issues then start a new thread or use an existing one. Just be polite to anyone here if an issue you care about is mentioned here and there is disagreement on it. Discussion is welcome but disruption will not be tolerated.
VERY IMPORTANT! If you wish to ask for prayers for another member please ask the poster before you post here. Some people do not believe in prayer and some do not want prayers said for them. We must respect the wishes of DU members. Also if you wish to do a good vibe thread or best wishes thread for someone please consider asking them before you post it. Members may not want their name mentioned here. If you are mentioned here and don't want to be the best way to handle it us to contact the person who mentioned you by pm or by pming me.
This room is not for meta. This room is not to settle scores. This room is not to mock believers or non-believers.
Mocking believers who pray and mocking non-believers who don't pray is not going to be tolerated in this room.
FLYING SPAGHETTI MONSTER POSTS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED IN THIS ROOM! It is a parody made to mock believers.
CRITICISM OF RELIGION OR A PERSON'S FAITH IS NOT PERMITTED AND WILL END IN A BAN!
If I as host ask you to self-delete something and you don't, then you risk being banned from this room.
