I buy some from Trader Joe's and they are YUMMY, even without sour cream or apple sauce.

When my kids were actually KIDS, I'd spend a long time on the labor-intensive 'home made,' but I'm home alone and lucky to have Trader Joe around!

More latkes for me and my husband!
Labour intensive but so worth every delicious bite.
