Anne Streiber Crosses Over
Anne Strieber, life partner of Whitley Strieber, crossed over two days ago. It was announced last night on C2C and on the Dreamland web site.
Here's the announcement at Dreamland, and there are pages of comments to Whitley.
I followed the entire saga, from the time Whitley announced her brain cancer on C2C to both their journal entries about her valiant effort against this horrible disease. Anne was a very unique person. She was straight from the heart, and I treasured her journal entries at Dreamland. I'll never forget the hilarious one she wrote about how Whitley wheeled her around in the wheelchair. Let's just say Whitley was, errr, not exactly delicate.
It would be a massively complex job to be the life partner of Whitley Streiber. If ever there were two people made for each other, it is Whitley and Anne.
Considering the fact that Whitley is an "advance man" to future consciousness, I am confident he will hear from Anne soon. Whether he chooses to share these experiences with us is another matter.
I'll be missing Anne. The world is less gracious and less quixotic without her.
