How best to send healing?

Are there methods to be more effective?

1. I'd think it would depend on the expertise of the sender.

I know how to use Violet Flame healing, but I don't have much feedback from people on how strong it is or how well it's worked. All too often, I'm sending it in conjunction with other people sending their energies, too.

If you're looking to do this yourself, then just do whatever kind feels best to you. I don't feel attracted to Reiki, for example, yet still suggest it to others.

3. I was never really trained on how to send healing

So I lack expertise but would like to be more effective.

I generally will either surround the person in white light and sometimes add orange sparkley fluid going through their bodies to renew and energize. The white light method came from my Silva training back in the early 80's. I think I made the orange "aid" up along the way but I can't recall. Oh, and I will visualize them happy and healthy.

There are many people out there who read this forum but never post and this question has popped into my head on several occasions in the past month....that is, to post this inquiry in this forum. Perhaps it is meant to also assist someone else reading here who wants to learn.

So what method creates the best result in your opinion?

4. I only was attuned to level 1

I am not exactly sure what I can do with it.

I wasn't really told I could use level 1 to heal, but now I am feeling I need to google.....

5. Sending love and light

and wishing a person well and happy works. Really as long as you are sending positive, healing thoughts to those that need them you are doing the right thing.
