Today's Theist News

The U.N. mission in Iraq said Tuesday that 979 people died in September, most civilians caught up in the violence by insurgents led by al-Qaida in Iraq who appear determined to rekindle the tensions between Sunnis and Shiites that nearly pushed the country to the brink of civil war in 2006-2007.

Security forces raced to contain deadly violence in Myanmar's Rakhine state on Tuesday, police said, after mobs torched Muslim homes and Buddhist villagers were attacked in a third day of unrest in a region plagued by intractable sectarian tensions.

Lawmaker Salahuddin Quader Chowdhury, whose father led a party that backed Pakistan during the country’s independence struggle, was found guilty of nine charges of genocide, including the killing of Hindus, prosecutor Syed Haider Ali told reporters in Dhaka today. His Bangladesh Nationalist Party holds 32 of 300 directly elected seats in Parliament.

It's a great big world of theists - I can't be responsible for every one, particularly ones that don't share my belief system.

I guess my question goes more towards why post this, and more to the point, why post it with the headline Warren Stupidity did? What point is he trying to communicate.

Meaning that we could ask those questions of every OP that gets posted here, like the flood of Dawkins posts we've seen lately.

Take away what you find important, and if you don't find anything important, don't take anything away from it. YMMV.

Seems rather hypocritical to try and bully someone into silence, claiming they are being selective about the type of stories they post about a topic.
