Where an author's name usually goes.

"Conservative" Ann Coulter once said that Trump was "emperor God."

Trump's vanity and narcissism are often noted.

As soon as people begin to believe in faith over facts, we get Trump voters.

You can find many books that purport to prove that the Bible is accurate and Jesus rose from the dead. They are often written by people who themselves truly believe in what they are writing and provide more information than an average can gather on their own. They are not being asked to believe in faith, they are being asked to believe in poor scholarship and lack the ability or inclination to distinguish good scholarship from bad. Most people have limited ability to critically examine information.

What about the many other flavors of Christianity? What about all the other religions?

*In fact, it doesn't prove them wrong at all. Some of the awful men God put into positions of power to implement his will in the Bible stories make Trump look like an absolute angel in comparison. Some of the things those men did - genocide, for example - were done on God's direct orders. So, there's no reason whatsoever to suppose that particular God wouldn't put a man like Trump in place.
