The Power of Prayer
So Hurricane Florence was barreling in on the East Coast, and Pat Robertson decided that he was going to give orders to God about where Florence was going. It has been suggested that he prayed for the hurricane to shift course in such a way that his huckster emporium in Virginia Beach would be unscathed.
Well, sort of. He actually prayed for protection for his scam factory, but also prayed that the storm would turn out to sea, to "spin off into the Atlantic Ocean".
That was on September 10th. Almost a week later, and we can see plainly how effective his prayer was. I'm posting this because these evil snake oil salesmen often get a pass on their hoaxes, especially Robertson; just for the record, he is a scam artist who has found a way to bilk the gullible, and I'll preach that every chance I get.
