The city made Robert Jeffres, who pastors First Baptist Dallas, remove their sign after a negative news reports.
The Dallas Morning News published two articles calling the sign hateful and divisive, and Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings was quoted in the article agreeing with the statements.
The articles were then sent to Outfront Media, who created the billboard, and the company decided to remove the billboard. Outfront Media also canceled their contract with the church.

Meanwhile, catholics still believe that they are the only true religion and the protestants are going to hell.
Besides, its pretty well established that the US constitution and bill of rights was based at least partially on the Iroquois confederacy's Great Laws of peace

(13,194 posts)The republic was founded as a secular republic. The rights enumerated in the bill of rights are derived from the secular natural rights philosophies of Hobbes Locke Montesquieu Paine etc. And as you note there is a strong influence on the Constitution from the Iroquois great laws.
A secular republic composed of predominantly Christian people. But that doesnt stop the lying theocrats - it is what they do.

(14,861 posts)and the race of the Christians as to whether they consider those things to be acceptable Christian behavior. About 80 percent of white evangelicals voted for Trump, after he made it very plain during the campaign what kind of person he is. Very few have repented. Most of them would enthusiastically vote for him again if given a chance. In Pastor Jeffress's church, the percentage of congregants who support the things you listed is probably closer to 100.
