Does this represent overreach on the part of law enforcement, or is it a proper exercise of governmental function?

1. They are making it harder for the rest of us

And telling others to disobey the laws is putting them on the wrong side of the fence.

Plus, they don't look rastafarian to me...

2. They remind me a bit of the "sovereign citizen" types who feel that they can personally

decide what laws apply.
