It seems there is reason and evidence that Christianity is true

https://scottmsullivan.clickfunnels.com/c101-trial?ims=Free-C101-Trial

"The Christ 101: How To Defend The Faith With Reason and Evidence Program"

LEARN THE REASONS AND EVIDENCE SUPPORTING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. Everything you need is right here.

How to show why the Christian faith is TRUE, USING REASON AND EVIDENCE (NOT FAITH)

How to SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT about what faith really is and why faith in Christ is not in any way a “Santa Claus for grownups”

How to intelligently articulate a case that shows GOD HAS ACTED IN HUMAN HISTORY, and in so doing, has left evidence of this activity - evidence that is open to rational investigation and argument.

How to show someone that there is TRUTH in RELIGIOUS MATTERS (all religions are NOT true)

How to REFUTE the claim that believing in miracles is “irrational” or “unscientific”

How to give THREE POWERFUL ARGUMENTS that show Jesus was in fact the Divine Being he claimed to be, and why the convergence of these arguments provide the solid intellectual grounds upon which an act of faith is rationally justified

How to EXPOSE GARBAGE like “There’s no evidence that Jesus ever existed” and other such nonsense.

How to DEBUNK the assertion that “the Bible is just a bunch of made up stories”

How to TURN THE TABLES on the skeptic and show them that, far from faith in Christ being foolish, to not believe in Jesus is the most unreasonable and foolish thing one can do

Those that know me here, know the intent of my post.

The priests, nuns, Sunday school teachers and other church "experts" couldn't answer any of my perfectly reasonable questions, so they finally gave up on me.

Happily, my parents were supportive and gave me the space to find my own way.

I mean, simple things like when they say "Thank god that tornado didn't kill my family." but never say "Blame God that tornado killed my neighbor's family."

After all, they are told ridiculous stories, but unlike the other crazy nursery rhymes they are told, they are also told that these ridiculous stories are true. No wonder they are so easy to fool when it comes to televangelists and hucksters eager to take their money.

If you believe he's coming back, you base that off what he said in the bible. He gives a time line in the bible for his return, just not a specific date or time.
There's no contradiction there.
He doesn't say he'll be back next Tuesday, but that some of his buddies will still be alive when he does come back.
If you can't trust the bible for what jesus said what left is there to trust or believe is true. There is absolutely nothing in there that says he'll be back in 2000 years.. he said when he'd be back.. since he didn't come back people continue to wait, even though the bible was perfectly wrong about it.
At what point does it just become believing he's coming back because you just want to believe it?

41. Faith is more than the Bible.
Tue Apr 4, 2017, 12:11 PM
Apr 2017

Faith is tradition and personal opinion. Let me just say unlike Evangelicals, the second coming is not a huge part of my faith. My faith is more about the here and now and living life to the fullest.

My idea of the second coming is more on the lines of Jesus is coming back to say you are screwing up my Dad's creation so humanity is going bye bye now. I think the Earth continues without us.

Again these are just ideas. Jesus promised he would come back in glory, not weakness. What that means in all honesty I do not know, and to be honest is not something I really think about.

The ginormous fonts in different colours, caps and bolded text... the hyperbole is so over the top it's the internet version of a cheesy infomercial.

The same goes for parents too by the way. Most Christian men, for example, have to deal with an "atheist at work" and this material will also equip you to help them overcome their mistaken assumptions and errors and help lead them to the truth. It happens all the time.

OH NOES!!! NOT THE ATHEIST AT WORK!!!

Did you read the testimonials?

Scott Sullivan is one of the best kept secrets in the Catholic Church and is a breath of fresh air. When I see all these effeminate men in the body of Christ, it is good to meet someone like Scott who is normal, tough, physical and loves JESUS.

He’s the yoked out & buffed out version of Peter Kreeft. This brother needs some exposure. His presentations are going to take the Catholic Church by storm. He is the real deal.”

Jesse Romero
Noted public speaker, EWTN radio host, and evangelist

35. Religion, Faith, should defer to Reason and Science
Sat Apr 1, 2017, 04:23 AM
Apr 2017

My view is that, by the way, even the Bible often backs science ... even over its own occasional emphasis on Faith. And even over most of its own holy men.

So it wouldn't be quite right to say that all of Christianity is scientific. Only parts of it are, at best.

And? Those parts ultimately overthrow the rest. Overthrowing ... Faith. And therefore overthrowing religion as most people think of it.

More simply? Science, Reason, Logic, eventually defeat Religion.
