I was listening to my classical music station when the host told the story behind the song. It was all about mischievous Roman Gods. As she listed these gods, I noticed that they all had planets or other bodies named after them.
So where is planet Jesus? I know the planets in our system were named before Jesus was allegedly born, but Pluto was only discovered about a hundred years ago. Why didn't they name it after any Christian characters?
Is any astronomical planet or feature named after modern gods? There are craters on the moon named after Galileo and Copernicus. Can Jesus top that?
