Heads, horns, crowns... That's obviously a reference to Trump's awful combover.

The "leopard" is a reference to Trump being a sexual predator.
"Feet of a bear" refers to how his administration is based on russian manipulation.
"Mouth of a lion" is his neverending boasts and insults.
And who is this dragon who gave him his power? The dragon is a symbol of power, destruction and chaos. Who has sown the chaos of a society that cannot even agree on what is real and what is not? The alt-right and fake news. (And an organization where "Grand Dragon" is a title.) And they gave Trump his power.

"Worshipping the dragon" is the conservative echo-chamber of fake news.
