Theres a great moment near the beginning where Hovind tells us how incredibly far mathematics has come, before giving examples that go no further than things youd hear in high school: You think about how far math has come, weve got binomial theorems, bounded functions, dilation of graphs, square roots, pi
Its as if math has never gone beyond that in his mind. But its not surprising given that his knowledge of biology barely goes beyond a high school level, either, and yet he claims with confidence that expert scientists are lying to themselves about evolution.

(82,333 posts)6. If you think the Creation Museum is as credible as the Vatican Observatory, I can't help you.

(7,886 posts)10. I don't see the difference between the two
Catholicism is a creationist religion, I don't think it's a young earth creationist stance, but it still is what it is.

God created everything. Duh.
You see he's like an energy field. It surrounds us, it penatrates us. It binds the universe together... no wait. That's the force. Yeah, I don't see the proof either.

(6,498 posts)8. The equation listed is pretty useless in proving God's existence.
3+3=5 would, however, be a very useful Lemma towards that goal, and a Lemma from which God's existence would follow quite easily as an immediate Corollally, along with many other useful results.
