Ok, so I read the article and I have no recollection of ever having heard of him before. So, I guess his only real claim to fame is that he is a celebrity scientologist. That might make one a little defensive.

Anybody who responds in such a way as he did.... is problematic.

Criticism is okay. I'm fine with criticism of my religion. The leadership deserve it much of the time.

I can't imagine responding to people: "Fuck off you fuckers!" He's not helping people who are drawn to mistrust of scientology see things differently, that's for sure.
