How that translates to the outcome notwithstanding. I thought Bama would beat Michigan handily...so there's that. If I was going to bet a hundred on the game it would be for Washington to beat the spread.

Michigan was definitely the better team tonight. Kudos to all. It has been too long for that proud program. They beat all the heavyweights they faced this season. Easy claim to The Best Team in the Country.

3. ironic that this would have been the Rose Bowl is times past...

now, no more Pac 12. Washington will be part of the Big Ten...and the Rose Bowl will be a playoff game. College football has fucked it up in my opinion...
