Related: About this forumDoes Kelly Bryant deserve a championship ring from the Clemson Tigers?
Clemson coach Dabo Swinney says no and Bryant, who moved on to another program (Missouri), didn't get a ring. But Bryant did start (and help win) Clemson's first four games last season. However, Swinney decided to install Trevor Lawrence as the starting QB after those four games. Then Bryant chose to transfer.
So who do you side with? Swinney or Bryant?

(11,371 posts)Read the article, and this looks like a journalist trying to stir up a little controversy. Issue seems pretty clear cut to me. Kid voluntarily left the program. Thus, not part of the team that won the championship. If he stays (as 2nd string) he is part of the team. Case closed. (Question: Is Bryant crying foul? Claiming he should have received a ring? Or is this ginned up by other people?)
