Johnny Manziel says he goes by a new name now, takes slight dig at Browns

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- John Football doesn’t have the same ring to it.

Still, the quarterback formerly known as Johnny Manziel wants everybody to know he goes by a new name these days.

“I got a little update for you," the former Browns QB revealed on “The Dan Patrick Show” Monday. “I actually go by John these days. So, I’m kind of just turning over the page and moving forward a little bit.”

Patrick followed up by asking if that meant Manziel was all grown up.
