One of the highlights for me watching the olymps is seeing Johnny Weir.

He is just so original, creative, elegant,... what else......an artist at life....??
Knows his shit, and just takes over the screen with his presence... really rare...
I just love when he gets a minute or 2....They should give him a LOT more...

Too bad Tara Lapinsky is there with him....

But he's a winner.. best 'commentator' ever

5. To me, Weir is so original and such an individual,

it makes Lapinsky appear as just another ex-skater hired to say something.
Of course he would probably make anyone else appear that way.. because, seems to me for the most part, they are.

2. Johnny Weir is an interesting character with the fashion explosion

from head to toe. He does know his stuff. Tara Lipinsky is a gorgeous woman and really knows her stuff too. Both are a great addition to the Olympics
