I think this was his reaction when they started running the clock after the ball was placed for the Denver injury timeout (the excess timeout). The rule on this was properly applied. In the end, this had no affect on the outcome of game, since Gotskowski made the kick to send it to overtime where the Pats offense choked, and then their defense crumbled.
