There will be someone around to remind everyone he got pulled from the game he broke the record in. At least if he had broken it against indy, it would have been in a valiant comeback effort, instead just being in the opening moments of a classic turd.

I doubt he'll hang around for next season. One of the guys on Sunday Night Football on NBC said he's hurting the team at this point, which I think is true. The longer he stays, the more they'll probably choke in the playoffs (or perhaps even miss the playoffs) and the more they'll delay the inevitable rebuild.
