Chargers bus egged in Oakland

OAKLAND — Welcome to O.co Coliseum.

A Chargers team bus was pelted with eggs upon its arrival at the stadium Sunday morning. General Manager Tom Telesco and some players were among those aboard the bus, which pulled in about three hours prior to the 1:05 p.m. PT kickoff.

Employees laughed off the gesture and took photographs.

And I don't even like eggs. Maybe a restaurant in trendy Uptown Oakland will feature a Chargers omelette.

Every team has good and bad fans. I've been a fan of this team since I was 10, and I have much better things to do with my time than harass fans and players of another team. I'm not going to revolve my life around a football game that I'm not even playing in or getting paid for. These people who egged the bus are just dummies and are a minority of the fan base.
